Everything
I’ve tested
Bought with my own money. Tested over time. Pick one to read.
GL.iNet Mudi 7
Full in-depth review. Real speeds against my phone, side by side, plus signal tests in places my phone can't get any.
Bluetti Elite 200 V2
£949, bought by me. A year of all-electric camping, then 11 months powering my PC and homelab 24/7. Still at 97% battery health.
Sonos Beam (Gen 2)
£339 on offer. Almost two years of daily use with my OLED TV. Underwhelming at first, brilliant once you turn it up.
Fenix CL26R Pro & E35R
Not your usual review. A lantern and a torch, almost two years of midnight dog walks and camping. The only torches you’ll ever want.
UniFi U7 Pro (WiFi 7)
Two access points, one each side of the house. Full 1.6Gb speed anywhere indoors, and nobody moans about the WiFi any more.
GL.iNet Slate 7
A year and a bit with a WiFi 7 travel router. Brilliant on Starlink in the car, then the updates came and it let me down when I needed it most.
How to read these
Newest first. The label on each card tells you how long I’ve lived with the product, so you know how much weight to give it.
Long-term use
Most of these I’ve used for a year or more, every day, in a real house. That’s when the faults that never show up in an unboxing finally appear.
Still testing
If a review says testing is in progress, the scores and verdict stay blank until I’ve finished. I won’t guess a score to fill a gap.
No freebies
Nothing here was sent to me for free and nobody paid for a review. If that ever changes, it will say so at the top of the page.
